Enrollment Period Medical



Enrollment Period for 2018 Plan Year

The annual enrollment period for the 2018 beneits will be held October 26 Benefits for
through November 10, 2017. The 2018 Thompson Coburn beneits plan
year is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. This summary booklet 2018

outlines the beneits which apply to the aforementioned plan year.
HDP plan
In accordance with the Affordable Care Act and the Thompson Coburn X The HDP offers preventive
