are credentialed following the guidelines of the NCQA and trained on
the AmeriDoc Telemedicine platform.
AmeriDoc has two types of medical consultations:
1. Information medical consultation: by telephone or email for
medical information and general advice
2. Diagnostic medical telephonic consultations: by telephone for
evaluation, diagnosis, and prescription medication as appropriate
