Teladoc is a telemedicine program offered as a covered beneit in all
medical plans. No appointments, no driving, and no waiting at an urgent
care center. Teladoc lets you talk face-to-face with a doctor through your
mobile device or a computer with a webcam. Teladoc can be used for
common health concerns like colds, lu, fevers, rashes, infections, and
allergies. It’s faster, easier, and more convenient than a visit to an urgent
care center.

Laboratory Services
UnitedHealthcare contracts with Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp for
laboratory services. Hospital-associated labs or physician ofice draws
are subject to the deductible and coinsurance. If your physician’s ofice
does not perform the draw in their ofice, you may request to be sent to a
LabCorp, Quest, or any other in-network facility.
myHealthcare Cost Estimator
myHealthcare Cost Estimator (myHCE) is an online tool which gives you
easy access to the information you need to make informed healthcare
decisions. It combines information from your health plan with healthcare
costs in your area.
You can get a personalized estimate based on a location and medical
provider. UMR’s quality and cost eficiency measurements make sure you
get the best service at a reasonable price.
myHCE can help you through every step of your treatment. It allows
you to ind treatment options and learn about recommended care. You
