For achieving each level, TheBANK associates are able to earn the
following incentives: —Van Dukeman, President & CEO,
First Busey Corporation
B Informed (1,000 points)—B Well Yeti, Busey gym bag and towel
B Active (3,000 points)—$100 Amazon gift card
B Healthy (5,000 points)—Fitbit Charge HR
B Well (7,000 points)—$350 premium discount applied in 2020 for
associates who elect Busey’s medical plan, or $250 cash deposited
through payroll for those not on Busey’s medical plan
Beginning in 2020, you will have the opportunity to earn points and
receive incentives, including HSA contributions and a premium
discount for the following year for those enrolled in one of Busey’s
consumer-driven health plans, or cash incentives for those not electing
coverage through Busey’s health plan. Rewards for levels earned are paid
out on a quarterly basis.
It is important to note that HSA incentives and associated levels are based
on eligibility to open an HSA account. Associates not eligible for an HSA
are incentivized in another manner. Please contact Busey’s HR Beneits
Team with questions about qualiications.
