Life Services Program (EAP)

We all need help every now and then.
X Work and home relationships Problems are just a part of everyday life. You and your household
X Depression and grief members will have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
This program provides you with services to help with the everyday
X Alcohol and substance abuse
challenges of life that may affect your health, family life, and desire to
X Child, adult, and eldercare excel at work. EAP services are provided by LifeCare, under an agreement
with ADP/WorkForceNow.
X Legal and inancial
consultations
Your EAP may be used to address a broad range of issues including:
X Emotional health X Senior caregiving services
X Parenting, childcare, X Wellness and daily living
and education X Legal and inancial
Consultation and Support
You and the members of your household are entitled to up to three
free consultations with a licensed clinician per person per issue per year
(nine per year for all issues). You choose between in-person sessions
with a provider from LifeCare’s extensive network of convenient and
easy telephonic consultations with a licensed LifeCare clinician. Please
call 800.697.7315 anytime to speak with a clinician, request a referral, or
schedule an appointment.
First time users must access LifeCare via their ADP/WFN portal:
Navigate to the “My Tools” page and select the “LifeCare Work/Life,
EAP, Discounts link and register by completing the simple one-time
process. Once registered: visit member.lifecare.com. When calling
800.697.7315, reference your afiliation with ADP/WorkForceNow.
