Pet Insurance
GLG offers voluntary pet insurance through Nationwide. Nationwide is able to offer competitive rates and
coverage not offered on the direct to consumer market. Pet Insurance offers coverage for accidents, injuries,
common illnesses, and medications to name a few.
Two easy ways to enroll:
1. Go to www.petinsurance.com/glg and follow the on screen steps
2. Call 877.738.7874, and mention you are a GLG employee
Enrollment is easy.
1. Select your species (dog or cat)
2. Provide your home zip code
3. Pick your plan
Voluntary Personal Property Insurance
Through MetLife Auto and Home Group Insurance employees in all states (excluding homeowners insurance in
MA) can purchase various types of personal insurance.

Group coverage offers certain advantages over traditional personal types of insurance, such as special group
rates and policy discounts, a toll-free phone number for customer service, claims and enrollment and ongoing
support from dedicated account representatives.
Coverage types from which you may choose include:
> Auto > Mobile home
> Homeowners and ire > Excess liability
> Renters and Condominium > Landowners rental dwelling
> Recreational vehicles and boats > Flood
