Counseling and Employee Assistance
Work Life Services Program (EAP)

‹ Stress management We all need help every now and then.
‹ Work and home relationships Problems are just a part of everyday life. You and your
‹ Depression and grief household members will have access to an Employee
‹ Alcohol and substance abuse Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides you
‹ Child, adult, and eldercare with services to help with the everyday challenges of
‹ Legal and inancial consultations life that may affect your health, family life, and desire to

excel at work. EAP services are provided by LifeCare,
under an agreement with ADP/WorkForceNow.

Your EAP may be used to address a broad range of
issues, including:

‹ Emotional health ‹ Wellness and daily

‹ Parenting, childcare, living
and education ‹ Legal and inancial

‹ Senior caregiving
services


Consultation and Support

You and the members of your household are entitled
to up to three free consultations with a licensed
clinician per person per issue per year (nine per year
for all issues). You choose between in-person sessions
with a provider from LifeCare’s extensive network
or convenient and easy telephonic consultations
with a licensed LifeCare clinician. Please call
800.697.7315 anytime to speak with a clinician, request
a referral, or schedule an appointment.


First-time users must access LifeCare via their ADP/
WFN portal: Navigate to “Resources” and the “My
Tools” page and then select the LifeCare and register
by completing the simple one-time process. Once
registered: visit member.lifecare.com. When calling
800.697.7315, reference your afiliation with ADP/
WorkForceNow.
