Nortek’s Short Term Disability (STD) plan can replace some of your
income if you become ill or injured and cannot work. Employees working
at least 30 hours per week are automatically enrolled in the STD plan at
no cost.

180 days (6 months) per week receive 65% of salary
up to $2,500 per week for up to
