How to Open an HSA Bank Account
If you are enrolled in the HSA (high deductible health plan), you will open an HSA account through Optum
Bank. For your convenience, scan the QR code with your smart phone to visit the website directly.

Note: You do not need to have a UHC member ID number to open an Optum account. You do need a Social Security Number.
