30 DAWSON
401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN
DAWSON’s 401(k) plan is administered by ADP Retirement Services. The plan allows employees to contribute funds
on a pretax basis after 30 days of full-time employment. After 1 year of employment, DAWSON will match your
contributions up to 3% of your base pay. DAWSON’s contributions will vest over 3 years. Changes to your 401(k)
contributions can be made throughout the year; you are not limited to open enrollment.

OTHER BENEFITS
HEALTH AND WELLNESS
DAWSON will reimburse employees up to $25 per
month toward health and wellness activities. This may
include gym memberships or other wellness activities
such as yoga, exercise, or nutrition classes. In addition,
DAWSON provides an Ola Pono employee wellness
program that offers education and resources around
a variety of health and wellness topics throughout the
year. We encourage you to utilize these benefits to take
care of yourself and your ‘ohana.
DAWSON will reimburse employees for Costco or Sam’s
Club memberships, up to $60 per year.
STUDENT LOAN REFINANCING
DAWSON has partnered with CommonBond to provide
a student loan refinancing option for employees.
CommonBond provides competitive rates for refinancing
student loans, and DAWSON employees may also be
eligible for a signup credit from CommonBond. Contact

student loan benefits and financial consulting.
