PROGRAM (EAP)
We all need help every now and then.
We all encounter different types of problems as part
of our everyday lives. DAWSON offers access to an
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your
household members.). This program provides you with
services to help with the everyday challenges of life
that may affect your health, family life, and desire to
excel at work. EAP services are provided by LifeCare,
under an agreement with ADP.
Your EAP may be used to address a broad range of
issues, including:
• Emotional health
• Parenting, childcare, and education
• Senior caregiving services
• Wellness and daily living
• Legal and financial concerns
CONSULTATION AND SUPPORT
You and the members of your household are entitled
to up to three free consultations with a licensed
clinician per person per issue per year (nine per year
for all issues). You choose between in-person sessions
with a provider from LifeCare’s extensive network or
convenient and easy telephonic consultations with a
licensed LifeCare clinician. Please call 800.697.7315
any time to speak with a clinician, request a referral,
or schedule an appointment.
First-time users must access LifeCare via the
workforcenow.ADP.com portal. Log on and navigate
to “Resources” and the “My Tools” page and then select
LifeCare. Register by completing the simple one-time
process. Once registered, visit member.lifecare.com.
