What is OneSource Virtual (OSV)?
OneSource Virtual (OSV) is Hussmann’s healthcare beneit administrator.
OneSource should be your irst contact for questions and problems in using your
healthcare beneits. Workday is your key tool for enrollment and changes. However,
if you need assistance, can’t access Workday, have questions or problems, this is
when OneSource is there to help you enroll and for beneit inquiry assistance.
OneSource is your best resource when you need the following.
X Need assistance with new hire, qualifying event or open enrollment events.
OneSource can enroll you while on the phone
X Need to submit documents for dependent veriication processing
X Have questions about beneit offerings, deductions, plan provisions, and
processes
X Have problems not related to speciic claims or providers, such as planned or
accidental activation/deactivation of accounts or coverage access, beneits start
and end dates, payment of premiums, or contributions
X COBRA enrollment and processing
