Teladoc is available to all Aetna medical plan enrolled employees and their dependents. Teladoc provides you
access 24 hours, 7 days a week to a U.S. board-certiied doctor through the convenience of phone, video or
mobile app visits. It’s an affordable option for quality medical care. Teladoc provides virtual care for three types of
medical conditions or concerns:
> With Teladoc for general medicine, you can connect by phone or video with medical doctors who can
treat non-emergent, everyday health concerns like allergies, pink eye, cold and lu symptoms, and more!
General medicine visits cost signiicantly less than an urgent care/ER visit so your cost is never more than a
doctor visit.
> With Teladoc for behavioral health, you can connect by phone or video with a licensed therapist or
psychiatrist when you’re feeling anxious, stressed, down, or just not like yourself. With Teladoc, you can pick
the therapist you’d like to see, based on your needs, and schedule appointments seven days a week.
> With Teladoc for dermatology, you can connect by phone or video with dermatologists who can treat skin
conditions like acne, psoriasis, eczema and more. You no longer have to wait weeks for an appointment. Use
your Teladoc account to upload images of your skin condition and Teladoc board certiied dermatologists
will give you a diagnosis and treatment plan customized to it your speciic needs within two business days
or less.
