The initiative encompasses an in-depth framework involving three separate cohorts that will travel to Osaka between August and October 2025. These
cohorts will partake in a range of enriching experiences, including cultural immersions, leadership workshops, and extensive visits to Expo 2025. In
conjunction with this, Al-Futtaim has also introduced a secondment program as part of its broader “70YearsForward” campaign, in which talented
Emirati employees will be stationed on-site in Osaka to further enhance the UAE’s representation at the expo.
