Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive
Council, presided over the Council’s meeting held on Monday, at the Government Agencies
Complex at the Emiri Diwan.

During the meeting, the Council approved the launch of the "Our Balanced Summer" initiative, a
forward-looking programme that reflects the government’s commitment to employee well-being
and quality of life during the summer months, in alignment with the Year of Community.

The initiative introduces a 100% remote work system every Friday, effective from July 1 to

Aug.22, 2025, alongside a reduction in working hours from Monday to Thursday, set from 7:30
am to 2:30 pm, instead of the usual 8-hour day. These measures aim to foster work-life balance
