        In addition, the agreement includes initiatives to raise awareness among school and university

        students about potential careers in the industry, recruitment and early career training. EHRDC will
        provide Keolis MHI with qualified UAE candidates for training programs and vacancies, with the aim of

        accelerating the development of Emirati talent in the industrial sector.

        Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of EHRDC, commented: “The partnership with Keolis MHI is

        a significant step towards our goal of increasing Emiratisation in the private sector. This collaboration
        will provide UAE nationals with invaluable opportunities to develop their skills and advance in key

        sectors. We are committed to empowering our workforce and ensuring that it is equipped to effectively
        contribute to the country’s economic development.”


        Amal Abdullateef, Chief People Officer at Keolis MHI, said: “We are delighted to be working with the

        Emirati Human Resources Development Council to support Emiratisation’s initiative. Our technical and
        vocational training programmes are designed to provide comprehensive training and development to

        our progress in this important area.”
