environmental protection standards. We also strive to pave the way for a comprehensive digital transformation,
which contributes to developing the investment environment in the mining sector and promoting the sector to
local and global investors, thus impacting the mineral industries and ensuring an optimal utilization of resources
in the Kingdom."

This agreement was signed as part of Elm's participation in LEAP 2023, the World's Leading Technology Event.
