Solutions and Services. The MoU aims to facilitate

cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The two

companies signed the MoU during LEAP 2023 that was

held in Riyadh from February 6th to 9th.

Mr. Maher Al Wahaiby, VP of Product Suite at Elm, and

Eng. Khalid Alrasheed, Sahab’s CEO signed the MoU,

developing a collaboration across various areas and

projects, including online platforms, digital solutions, and

digital health and ambulance services. Elm and Sahab

also agreed to coordinate and cooperate on conducting

the necessary studies to attain the agreed-upon

objectives and meet specified needs, as well as set up a

joint task force to carry out the tasks outlined in the

scope of the MoU.
