Elm Signs a MOU with “SAHAB” to Work Together in Areas of
Shared Interest

February 14, 2023- Elm, a leading provider of digital solutions, concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sahab, a company
specializing in Emergency, Ambulance, Monitoring, and Inspection Solutions and Services. The MoU aims to facilitate cooperation in areas
of mutual interest. The two companies signed the MoU during LEAP 2023 that was held in Riyadh from February 6th to 9th.
Mr. Maher Al Wahaiby, VP of Product Suite at Elm, and Eng. Khalid Alrasheed, Sahab's CEO signed the MoU, under with both parties will
explore the potential of developing a collaboration across various areas and projects, including online platforms, digital solutions, and
digital health and ambulance services. Elm and Sahab also agreed to coordinate and cooperate on conducting the necessary studies to
attain the agreed-upon objectives and meet speciêed needs, as well as set up a joint task force to carry out the tasks outlined in the scope
of the MoU.
"This agreement with Sahab will be an opportunity to expand coordination areas to positively reëect on both parties. The MoU illustrates
our aspirations to boost the reliability and eìciency of services and solutions for both individual and institutional customers, and explore
ways to transform emergency services and ambulance solutions through the use of digitization and cutting-edge technological
innovations. We will continue to empower government entities, private sector institutions, companies with artiêcial intelligence and
machine learning solutions, to help them meet the demands of digital transformation, and support the targets of the Saudi Digital
Transformation Program", said Majid bin Saad Al-Ariê, Elm's Spokesperson and Executive VP of Marketing.
The partnership with Sahab is the latest in a series of agreements that Elm has established during its participation in LEAP 2023. This
premier global event showcases the most advanced technological innovations, and fosters cooperation between digital transformation
leaders and major providers of technological solutions and innovations from around the world. LEAP 2023 is a strategic platform that
helped highlight Elm's solutions and innovations and its growing role in building a sophisticated technological infrastructure and an
integrated digital ecosystem that encompasses a wide range of services and solutions across multiple vital sectors.
