UAE Ministry of Sports launches ‘Talent Committee Platform’

The platform will serve as a centralized digital hub to manage the journey of Emirati sports
talent from discovery to elite competition

Dubai: The UAE Ministry of Sports has launched a major national initiative, the ‘Talent Committee

Platform,’ designed to transform the way athletic talent is identified, supported, and developed across the
country.

The platform, which was announced at a special event in Dubai, will serve as a centralized digital hub to

manage the journey of Emirati sports talent from discovery to elite competition, including the Olympic
stage.

The launch was led by Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Education and Chairman of the General

Authority of Sports, and attended by Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, Director-General of the General
Authority of Sports; Sheikh Suhail bin Butti Al Maktoum, Executive Director of the Sports Development

Sector; along with prominent athletes, club representatives, scouts, investors, and sports federation
officials.

The Talent Committee Platform will operate under the UAE Committee for Talent and National Sports

Support (UAETSS). It is directly integrated with the Ministry’s Sportifai platform, utilizing real-time
