The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF), in
collaboration with UNESCO, is set to host the 3rd UNESCO World Open Educational
Resources (OER) Congress, titled ‘Digital Public Goods: Open Solutions and AI for
Inclusive Access to Knowledge’.
Scheduled for November 19-20, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event is a
significant milestone as it marks the first time the Congress will be held in the Arab world.
