gates on major routes to ease traffic
The new toll gates are expected to begin operations in November
2024, increasing Salik’s total number of toll gates in Dubai from
eight to ten

Salik Company PJSC, Dubai’s exclusive toll gate operator, has been assigned by the Roads
and Transport Authority (RTA) to install two new toll gates in order to ease congestion and
optimise traffic flow on key routes within Dubai.
The two new toll gates will be situated at Business Bay Crossing on Al Khail Road and Al
Safa South on Sheikh Zayed Road, between Al Meydan Street and Umm Al Sheif Street.
