Chancellor of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU)
on World Quality Week 2025

13 November 2025: “Quality is not defined by what we achieve, but by how we think to
achieve it. At Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, we believe that quality is neither a

system to manage nor a standard to apply — it is a dynamic mindset built on courage,

creativity, and a relentless drive for renewal and continuous learning.

In a world transformed by Artificial Intelligence and digital innovation, quality has evolved
beyond compliance. It has become a philosophy of thinking that fuels progress, inspires

innovation, and shapes the future of learning.

On the Occasion of World Quality Week 2025, the University is organizing “Quality Day 2025”
to highlight how emerging technologies are redefining the standards of quality and the future

of learning, reaffirming HBMSU’s pioneering role in turning thought into practice and vision
into reality — inspiring change and shaping the future.”
