United Arab Emirates: Torrey Harris Business Solutions Pty Ltd (THBS), a global leader in digital transformation and API
solutions, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Fujairah Digital Government to
accelerate digital transformation efforts in the emirate. The agreement aims to collaborate on digital transformation in
Fujairah and leverage the latest technologies and innovations, in line with the emirate’s vision to harness the latest

technologies to enhance government services and serve citizens.

The MoU was officially signed by Sheikh Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director General of Fujairah Digital
Government, and Shivdhyal Sharan, Director and Legal Representative of Torrey Harris Business Solutions Limited. This
strategic collaboration aims to enhance partnership and exchange knowledge and best practices in the field of digital
governance, in line with the UAE’s vision to become a global leader in providing digital government services.

Rabie Nasr, Vice President, Middle East, Torrey Harris Business Solutions LLC, expressed his pride in this collaboration, saying:
