Torry Harris Business Solutions Private Limited (THBS), a prominent player in the field of digital
transformation and API solutions, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Fujairah Digital
Government. This partnership is aimed at accelerating the digital transformation journey within
the Emirate of Fujairah.
Objectives of the Collaboration
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) emphasizes the shared commitment to driving
innovation and adopting advanced technologies that align with Fujairah’s vision for improving
government services. By leveraging cutting-edge solutions, the initiative seeks to enhance the
quality of services offered to the residents of Fujairah.
Official Signing of the MoU

The MoU was officially signed by Sheikh Engineer Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi,
the Director General of Fujairah Digital Government, and Shivdayal Charan, Director and
Legal Representative of Torry Harris Business Solutions. This event marks the beginning of a
partnership focused on fostering digital governance and exchanging best practices, contributing
to the UAE’s broader vision of becoming a global leader in digital government services.
Rabih Nasr, Vice President of Torry Harris Business Solutions in the Middle East, expressed his
