Al Marri.

In his remarks, H.E. Al Muhairi highlighted the importance of joint efforts between the SLC and the
GDIFA to enrich legislative knowledge and enhance efficiency and institutional governance. He
reaffirmed the SLC's commitment to further strengthening the foundation of a more adaptive and
holistic legislative ecosystem, contributing to Dubai’s status as a model for legislative excellence
and supporting the sustainable development trajectory of the Emirate.

The MoU aims to enhance mechanisms for knowledge exchange, implement best practices, and
establish a more integrated and agile government model to support Dubai’s strategic objectives.
Through this partnership, the two parties reaffirm their commitment to upgrading government
services, enhancing legislative frameworks, and driving innovation in government performance.
