initiated in 2016 by the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) and the University of Oxford, has significantly benefited
UAE and Arab students. This partnership allows them to pursue advanced studies at one of the world's top universities. The initiative is a strategic

investment in knowledge and human capital, offering seamless access to postgraduate education.
