8/6/25, 1:31 PM MBRF Concludes Children's Literature Workshop In Tunisia - OneArabia
Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, stated that DIPW's initiatives align with the Foundation's mission to support intellectual growth in the Arab world.
He said, "The 'Children’s Literature Workshop' demonstrates our strong belief in the value of investing in emerging talent and equipping them with the
skills necessary to excel in specialised writing."
This workshop marked its second edition in Tunisia and third across North Africa. It featured remote monitoring where trainers reviewed manuscripts
and guided self-editing processes. This hybrid model allowed participants to receive high-quality mentorship while producing content suitable for both
Arab and international libraries.
Building Knowledge-Driven Societies
The workshop aimed to build knowledge-driven societies by preparing writers to meet future demands. By focusing on developing innovative
programmes that empower youth, MBRF contributes significantly to both local and global literary landscapes.
The initiative reflects a commitment to nurturing creativity and intellectual growth across the region. Through such efforts, MBRF hopes to foster a
vibrant community of writers who can contribute meaningfully to literature worldwide.
