interior fit-outs and medical equipment installations. Another major

achievement was the delivery of the huge Centre of Excellence project in

Dubai “Batterjee Medical City”, which involved constructing four state-of-the-

art medical buildings with a combined area of 85,000 sq m. This development

has strengthened Dubai’s position as a regional hub for healthcare excellence.

Beyond delivering landmark projects, IHCC has also secured new exclusive

contracts and commenced work on diverse ventures throughout 2023,
including the five luxury developments for Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment

Fund, as well as an exclusive partnership with ASFAR, to develop a state of the
art five-star wellness resort in Taif. IHCC has also broken ground on mixed-use

complexes, commercial towers, educational institutions and more across Saudi

Arabia, UAE, Egypt and the MENA region.

Batterjee also mentions the multiple awards received for the exemplary Centre

of Excellence in Dubai as well as renovations and expansion to the prestigious

Riyadh Saudi German Hospital awarded as the best healthcare project in the

Kingdom in addition to the best renovation and major expansion project in

KSA. IHCC highlighted features such as advanced medical infrastructure,

efficient space utilisation and seamless expansion integration that
