Looking ahead, IHCC has ambitious growth plans. Batterjee outlines a

strategic focus on local manufacturing through entities like IHCC Industries,

specialisation via business units, digitisation, and expanding MENA operations.

sustaining its growth momentum and achieving its goal of becoming one of

Sustainability is a key focus area for IHCC. The company has successfully

delivered numerous projects to LEED Platinum standards, emphasising

efficient designs and construction practices. A prime example is IHCC’s string

of luxury LEED Platinum resorts developed for Saudi Arabia’s Public

Investment Fund. To provide specialised sustainability solutions, IHCC

established Greener by IHCC – a dedicated business unit for energy efficiency

and green building services.

sustainable building solutions. It provides consultancy services for LEED, WELL,

energy auditing, and sustainability solutions. The division also undertakes

retro fitting execution projects, helping clients improve the environmental

performance of their buildings.”
