The event will be held from September 23-25, 2025, with participation from
150 public and private sector organisations

Dubai, Sept 10, 2025: Ru’ya, Careers UAE, will return to Dubai World Trade Centre
from September 23-25, 2025, for its 24th edition, reinforcing its role as a cornerstone of
the UAE’s Emiratisation agenda.

With more than 150 public and private sector organisations confirmed, the exhibition
offers a unique platform for young Emiratis to engage directly with employers and access
career opportunities across high-growth industries. Beyond recruitment, the event has
evolved into a national initiative that aligns talent development with the UAE Centennial
2071 vision and the National Agenda.

The 2025 programme reflects the government’s focus on equipping citizens with the skills
to thrive in a diversified, knowledge-driven economy. The agenda is built around three
pillars: Empowerment & Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and STEM. Visitors
will follow a structured pathway from education to employment. School students will take
part in coding and AI challenges designed to nurture early interest in STEM. University
students will benefit from scholarships and mentorships, while job seekers can join
training workshops and participate in on-the-spot interviews with leading employers.
