              The event is closely aligned with national Emiratisation targets, including the government’s
              goal of achieving 8% Emiratisation in the private sector by the end of 2025. Currently,
              more than 125,000 UAE Nationals are employed in private companies.

              “Ru’ya is more than a recruitment event,” says Asma Al Sharif, Assistant Vice President for
              Sustainability and Exhibitions Management at Dubai World Trade Centre. “It prepares
              youth with the practical, technical and leadership skills required for the jobs of the
              future.”
