The primary objective of the event was to encourage Emirati nationals to become involved
in and seek employment opportunities within the flourishing real estate sector in Dubai.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of the
Emirati Human Resources Development Council; Hessa bint Essa Buhumaid, Director
General of Dubai’s Community Development Authority; Ghannam Al Mazrouei, Secretary-
General of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council 'Nafis'; Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al-
Falasi, Director General of the Dubai Government Human Resources Department; and
Farida Abdulla Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary of the National Human Resources
Employment Bureau.
The Real Estate Day featured participation from 53 companies offering over 300 job
openings.
Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, Chairman of the Human Resources Development
Council in Dubai, emphasized the success of Dubai in attracting leading real estate
development companies and a skilled workforce, making the sector a vital economic pillar.
He highlighted the council's efforts to forge partnerships with the private and public sectors
to provide quality opportunities for Emiratis to establish distinguished professional careers.
Ghannam Al Mazrouei, Secretary General of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council
(ETCC), praised the Real Estate Empowerment Programme as a significant initiative
outlined in their memorandum of understanding with the Emirati Human Resources
Development Council and the Dubai Land Department. This collaboration aligns with the
directives of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the ETCC’s Board of
Directors, aiming to support empowerment targets in the sector through the "Nafis"
program.
