H.H. Sheikh Mohammed appoints Ahmed Al Sayegh as UAE's Minister of Health

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of
the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has announced a cabinet reshuffle in the UAE government.
In a post on social media platform X, Sheikh Mohammed said Ahmed Al Sayegh will take over as
Minister of Health and Prevention from Abdul Rahman bin Mohamed Al Owais, who will continue as
Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs.
The appointment follows the approval of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al
Nahyan.
Sheikh Mohammed thanked Al Owais for his service in the Ministry of Health, highlighting the
significant developments undertaken in the federal healthcare system during his tenure.
The Dubai Ruler wished the ministers success in performing their governmental duties.
