Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of
Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai has authorised a
series of initiatives and measures to swiftly mitigate the impact of the severe
weather in the aftermath of heavy rain that swamped the UAE last Tuesday.
