unveiled a collection of scientific books addressing the adverse effects of
global warming and offering actionable solutions.
Published by Macao Group Publishing, the books, ‘Deforestation and
Desertification’ and ‘Greenhouse Gases’, were translated into Arabic by
Esraa Mohammed Mustafa under the guidance of Dr. Ghanim Al Samarrai.
A third book, ‘Recycling and Reusing’, was also introduced, translated by
Waseela Mustafa Hammam, providing insights into effective waste
management.
The book ‘Deforestation and Desertification’ emphasizes the critical role of
forests in maintaining ecological balance. Forests not only serve as habitats
for diverse species but also act as natural regulators of carbon dioxide.
The book sheds light on the alarming consequences of deforestation and
desertification, which release substantial amounts of carbon dioxide,
intensifying the greenhouse effect and accelerating climate change.
It advocates for immediate global action to combat deforestation through
reforestation, biodiversity preservation, and other sustainable measures.
‘Greenhouse Gases’ explores the science behind global warming, attributing
the rise in greenhouse gas levels to human activities. It provides an in-
depth analysis of how this imbalance disrupts natural systems and calls for
collective efforts to reverse the trend through eco-friendly policies and
behaviors.

The third book, ‘Recycling and Reusing’, tackles the growing challenge of
waste management. It highlights the detrimental effects of waste
accumulation, including increased greenhouse gas emissions and resource
depletion. The book presents strategies to mitigate these impacts, such as
