The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), in partnership with the Government
Experience Exchange Office (GEEO) at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, is set to launch
the third edition of the "International Programme for Civil Aviation Leaders" in Dubai from
November 18 to 21.
This prestigious event will bring together over 20 ministers responsible for air transport,
alongside senior civil aviation authorities from Arab nations.
