            Affairs, launches the third edition of the “International Program for Civil
            Aviation Leaders” in Dubai from 18th to 21st November.

            The event will bring together more than 20 ministers responsible for air

            transport and key leaders from civil aviation authorities across Arab nations.

            The program, attended by Abdullah Bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of

            Economy and Chairman of the GCAA, remarked that, “Under the guidance
            of our wise leadership, the UAE continues to drive progress in civil aviation
            through globally recognized best practices.”


            Abdulla Nasser Lootah, Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for
            Competitiveness and Knowledge Exchange, emphasized that, “This program

            embodies the UAE’s commitment to transferring knowledge and building
            capacities across the Arab region. It highlights our leadership’s vision of

            fostering progress and readiness for the future.”

            The program will delve into critical areas, including:


                  Aviation’s role in economic development.
                  Innovation and artificial intelligence in aviation.

                  Sustainability and future trends in the sector.


            Participants will engage in strategic discussions, field visits, and interactive
            sessions at key UAE landmarks such as the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library,

            Emirates Towers, and Expo City’s Sustainability Pavilion.
