In March 2023, Etihad Rail announced the successful completion of the 900 km UAE
National Rail Network, a massive project linking all seven emirates with an integrated
railway system connecting the seven emirates.
On completion, the system is set to revolutionise domestic transportation while integral the
UAE’s strategic position regionally.
