DUBAI: In a move aimed at making unemployment support more accessible, Al Ansari Exchange has
launched a new cash payout service for Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) insurance claims.

This service allows insured individuals to collect their compensation directly from any of the company’s

270+ branches across the UAE.

The initiative, developed in partnership with the ILOE Insurance Pool PSC and under the supervision

of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), represents a significant step toward
enhancing financial inclusivity. It ensures that eligible workers who lose their jobs can access timely

support without the need for a bank account or digital platforms.
