Ali Al Najjar, Chief Operating Officer of Al Ansari Exchange, said, “Providing accessible financial

solutions to individuals across all segments of society is at the heart of our mission. This new service

ensures that beneficiaries receive timely support when they need it most.”

Claimants under the ILOE scheme must submit their applications within 30 days of job loss through

the official website, mobile app, or by contacting the ILOE call centre. Once approved, the
compensation can be collected in cash from any Al Ansari Exchange branch.

Abdellatif Abuqurah, Chairman of ILOE’s Insurance Pool, added, “This additional channel facilitates
compensation access and reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality services aligned with

government directives.”

The new service highlights a continued effort to strengthen social protection and financial wellbeing for

the UAE’s workforce, offering convenient and immediate support to those facing temporary
unemployment.
