DGHR launches Community Change Lab for Year of Community

The Community Change Lab has brought together Dubai’s public and private sectors to

develop new ideas supporting the ‘Year of Community’ goals.

Dubai: The Community Change Lab has been launched by the Dubai Government Human Resources
Department (DGHR) to help achieve the objectives of the ‘Year of Community’ declared by His

Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE
and Ruler of Dubai.

Organized by DGHR’s Strategy and Excellence Department, the lab connects key government entities,
private sector representatives, and experts to develop solutions that promote social unity and

sustainable community development.

The Community Change Lab has brought together officials from the Community Development
Authority, Dubai Women Establishment, Dubai Sports Council, and other partners to exchange ideas

and propose practical actions. By creating a platform for collaboration, the lab supports DGHR’s vision
of building a cohesive institutional framework that benefits individuals, organizations, and society as a

whole.
