HE Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, stated that, “The ‘Year of Community’
represents a national call to strengthen social solidarity and cohesion, while expanding community

participation in building a prosperous future. We believe that national talents are key drivers of

institutional social change and sustainable development.”

The lab has focused on four main themes. The Policies and Systems pillar aims to create inclusive
policies and laws that benefit employees, women, people of determination, retirees, and job seekers,

ensuring sustainable social impact.

The Empowerment and Capacity Building pillar supports training programs that build skills for
community participation and institutional integration.

The Digital Empowerment and Artificial Intelligence pillar has explored how technology and AI can

deliver services that promote inclusion and encourage engagement. Meanwhile, the Social

Participation and Partnerships pillar promotes collaboration between public and private sectors to
launch initiatives that support women, retirees, and people of determination through sustainable
partnerships.

The Community Change Lab has served as an open platform to turn DGHR’s community strategies into
real projects. By investing in human capital and encouraging active involvement, DGHR aims to create
