EMX launches integrated card issuance and fulfilment service in the UAE

EMX, the logistics arm of 7X, has announced the launch of a fully integrated, end-to-end card issuance and fulfilment service in the UAE, marking its
expansion into a new domain that complements its core logistics expertise.

The new service offers banks, fintechs, and government entities fast, reliable, and locally managed solutions that align with the UAE’s data
sovereignty and regulatory standards. The model consolidates sourcing, secure local personalisation, packaging, and last-mile delivery under one secure
chain of custody, replacing the traditional fragmented multi-vendor approach.
Operations will be managed by EMX’s sister company, Electronic Documents Centre (EDC), a specialist in secure personalisation and data handling.
This streamlined system is designed to enhance quality assurance, accelerate turnaround times, and strengthen data protection at every stage.

The new infrastructure forms part of EMX’s roadmap to localise essential infrastructure, strengthen digital resilience, and deliver configurable, secure
solutions in line with the UAE’s national vision. With production based in the UAE, the company can fulfil some orders as early as the next day, while
ensuring full compliance with national data sovereignty regulations.

By consolidating workflows under a single provider, EMX aims to streamline operations, reinforce security, and ensure real-time tracking and centralised
oversight. The company also highlighted its readiness to scale the model across the GCC and wider Middle East and Africa, positioning the UAE as a
hub for secure and efficient card issuance services.
