of the Federation Abdulaziz Al-Salman , in the presence of the

Director of the Authority’s Competitive Sports Department, Abdulaziz

Al Shamsi.

The strategy focused on several main points, the most important of

which are strengthening governance in administrative work,

increasing the number of games in different categories, developing

beach volleyball, motivating superior clubs in the game and

expanding partnership with government agencies and institutions of

the private sector are .

Sheikh Suhail bin Butti said, “The Authority further supports the

efforts of the associations to develop future plans that help

strengthen governance in the administration, in line with the

government directives and the working system of the Authority,

which regards governance as one of its key pillars to the importance

of broadening the base of sports practice in order to increase

competitiveness and raise the level of national teams with the aim of

achieving greater success in various forums.”

He added: “The Authority appreciates the association’s great efforts

in developing a mechanism for discovering and developing talent
