        Shaheen Nilofer, UNICEF Country Representative, remarked,








             “By integrating climate change education into the

             curriculum, we are empowering children to become


             change agents for a more resilient Kenya. UNICEF will

             continue supporting access to this vital education

             content, especially for vulnerable learners in remote


             areas.”








        The signing ceremony, held at the KICD offices in Nairobi, saw participation from

        representatives of the Ministries of Education, the ICT Authority, the UAE ambassador, and

        other development partners. This MoU marks a significant advancement in climate change

        education, reaffirming the commitment of all partners to fostering a greener and more
        resilient Kenya.
