        Dubai: The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) has

        signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Arab Publishers’

        Association (APA) in Egypt.


        This marks a strategic step towards promoting knowledge dissemination, enhancing

        publishing and distribution networks, and providing industry professionals with

        strategic support and innovative opportunities.
