The MoU was signed at MBRF’s headquarters by Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF,

and Mohamed Rashad, President of APA. This agreement aims to establish a long-

term strategic partnership and reinforce collaborative frameworks in key sectors,

including publishing, printing, and training.

As part of the agreement, the two organizations will collaborate on translation rights

management, intellectual property exchange, and printing operations.

The MoU also lays the groundwork for the organization of training workshops

aimed at upskilling professionals in the publishing industry. In addition, Arab

publishers’ works will be showcased on MBRF’s Digital Knowledge Hub, further

increasing their visibility and accessibility.
