DGHR launches the 'Guide of Health, Occupational Safety and

Environment in Government of Dubai’

The guide contributes to fostering and establishing a culture of occupational health, safety, and

environmental risk management, in addition to encouraging departments to create a safe and

healthy workplace

The guide aims to:
- Create a unified reference for health, occupational safety, and the environment for Dubai

government employees

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
- Foster occupational health and safety risk management

- Ensure appropriate key performance indicators

- Enhance institutional capacity building
- Establish a culture of health, occupational safety, and environmental risk management in the

department.

In line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President

and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Dubai Government Human Resources

Department (DGHR) launched the ‘Guide of Health, Occupational Safety and the Environment in

the Government of Dubai’.
