The Emirates Human Resources Development Council in Dubai and KPMG Gulf
announced a partnership aimed at strengthening the Emiratisation initiative in various
sectors.

The agreement stipulates their commitment to integrating UAE citizens into the labor
market and supporting the country’s vision for a diversified and sustainable economy.

The agreement was signed by Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Vice Chairman of the
Emirates Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, and Director General of the
Department, and on behalf of KPMG – Gulf, its CEO and Senior Partner, Emilio Pera.

This agreement reflects their commitment to providing job opportunities, comprehensive
training programs, professional guidance, and the transfer of expertise, which are
necessary to enhance the capabilities of Emirati cadres.
